Dar Al Tamleek is seeking a qualified Customer Care Specialist.
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for receiving and placing calls to customer interested in home financing solutions.Educate the customer about Dar Al Tamleek’s products and services to ensure that there is full awareness about the company and home financial solutions. Submits qualified customers to sales for further evaluation after completing the customer evaluation process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer facing experience, with demonstrated problem solving ability and strong communications skills. This person should also have strong verbal, organizational skills, and be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Dar Al Tamleek offers a full array of home finance programs in addition to our own niche programs specifically designed for the Saudi market.
You will have achieved a minimum of a Bachelor degree level and be able to demonstrate a desire, enthusiasm and a determination to succeed in a sales environment. You must also have a full clean criminal and driving license check (if applicable).
Strong experience in customer facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills proficient with Word and Excel, MS Office is a plus, and the ability to work in a team environment. Strong follow up skills required.
