Home Finance Specialist

DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of loan origination experience or sales experience, with demonstrated sales ability and strong communications skills. This person should also have strong verbal, written and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and able to work in a team atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

Arabic speaking with good English skills preferred. You will have achieved a minimum of a Bachelor degree level and be able to demonstrate a desire, enthusiasm and determination to succeed in a sales environment. You must also have a full clean criminal and driving license check (if applicable).

COMPETENCIES

Strong experience in customer facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficient with Word and Excel, MS Office, and the ability to work in a team environment. Strong follow up skills required.
