BOD Elections
Dar Al Tamleek Company announces to the public that it is open for candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors for the next term, which begins May 13, 2025 AD, and for three Gregorian years. The members of the board of directors will be elected through the company’s General Assembly, which will be announced at a later time.
In accordance with the Companies Law, the instructions of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, the Corporate Governance Regulations, and the conditions for membership in the Board, whoever finds himself capable and efficient and wishes to run for membership of the Board of Directors (as an independent member) to compete for three independent seats on the Board shall apply to the company via E-mail: ([email protected]) during the period available for submission as of December 01, 2024 AD, and no later than the end of business day for the company at 4pm on the evening of December 31, 2024 AD with the completion of the attached forms and documents.
