In order to process a home finance contract the following documents must be provided:
- Income proof – An employment letter.
- Bank statements.
- Copy of Deed.
- Copy of National ID.
- Address proof – both residence and work.
Other documents may be required once our Home Finance Specialist evaluates your application.
