Yes, you can lease out the property provided that Dar Al Tamleek approves the sub-lease and you remain responsible for the contract.

You can re-sell the property as long as the original contract is paid in full.

Yes, all requests for an early payment should be forwarded to any of our offices for processing.

Both property and life insurance is required. Dar Al Tamleek or Public Pension Program pays full cost of insurance.

It will cover all damages arising out of fire, accidents, natural perils and harm caused by others.

No, the monthly payments are fixed for the contract term.

Contact a representative immediately at Dar Al Tamleek if you believe your payments are becoming a problem. A delay in notifying the company could have an adverse effect on your credit standing. One of our representatives will work with you to try to resolve the issue.

All customers are issued a reference number and password which you can use to log into our website to check the details of your contract.

The value of the property in question is determined by an appraisal which is a prime factor in determining the value. Dar Al Tamleek will arrange for an appraisal of the client’s property to verify its value through an authorized professional who estimates the value of the property and sends the information to Dar Al Tamleek for evaluation.
